This Beef Noodle Stir-Fry is a No-Brainer Dinner

"I am constantly on the hunt for meals that are not only fast but also simply delicious. Today, I found the perfect meal that falls into both of those categories: beef stroganoff stir-fry. This dinner is so easy and it takes less than 30 minutes to create! Just quickly saute chopped flank steak and then a bit of red onion and some cremini mushrooms (they add a lovely layer of earthiness to the finished dish). Serve everything up on top of buttered egg noodles with a dollop of sour cream and -- voila! -- dinner is done."
