Ingredients:
1 loaf soft Italian bread
5 eggs
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup milk
orange zest
1 tablespoon sugar

Sour Cream French Toast with Oranges
Ingredients:
1 loaf soft Italian bread
5 eggs
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup milk
orange zest
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon sea saltcoconut oil for frying french toast
Directions:
1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Slice the bread on the diagonal.
3. Whisk the eggs in a large bowl. Whisk in all of the remaining ingredients.
4. Dip the bread for 1 - 2 minutes, and then flip.
5. Heat 1 tablespoon coconut oil. Add the bread to the pan.
6. Cook each side for 3 - 4 minutes, or until golden brown.
7. Serve with raspberries, orange slices, maple syrup, and a dollop of sour cream. less
