Cooking for Dads and meatball experiment

I was working on the next episode of my show, Cooking for Dads, and I decided to experiment with some different takes on the traditional meatball. I skipped the beef and went right for a sausage with pineapple and then tried a shrimp meatball and also a scallop meatball. One was great, one wasn't. You'll have to wait for the full episode to find out which. For now, just enjoy the Satay recipe and the Coke Marinated Steak episodes. They're really great and super easy.
