Derby Day Cocktail-in-a-Cube

Gelatin shots may seem so freshman year, but sophisticated versions are back with a vengeance. If it's a cocktail, you likely can find it in jelly-fied form. We especially love this stylish Southern take on the classic Derby Day drink. You can make it up to a week ahead and garnish just before serving. Best of all, you don't need silver julep cups for a sophisticated presentation.
