Devilishly Delicious: Make Sinfully Sweet Cream Cheese Fruit Dip

Fruit Dip
Fruit Dip

This fruit dip is the devil. For real. It takes, like, two seconds to prepare and then, once it's made, you will want to eat it straight out of the bowl, without fruit, probably with your fingers, scooping as fast as possible. I had to yell at my kids for doing just that (even though it's what I did when their backs were turned). This tempting treat is also not healthy at all. It's pretty much straight-up fat and sugar. See? The devil. You're welcome. But, seriously, something this good and this easy to eat simply must be shared with the world! This recipe is also perfect for parties - double it up to feed a crowd and have everyone begging for the recipe! Come on, dive in. The fruit dip is FINE.

Ingredients
1 - 8-ounce package of cream cheese
1 - 7-ounce jar of marshmallow fluff
1 orange (I have also used 3 limes instead of the orange for a slightly tangier dip.)

Directions
1. Put the cream cheese out to soften to room temperature about one hour before you want to make the dip. This is very important, otherwise you end up with very lumpy dip. (Not that lumps of cream cheese are really a bad thing.)

2. Add the marshmallow fluff!

3. Cut the orange in half and then squeeze the juice from both halves into the bowl. I use my fingers to really squish all the juice out of the orange. Little bits of pulp falling in are a-okay!

4. Grab your hand mixer and blend until fruit dip is smooth.

5. Enjoy! This fruit dip is delicious with any fruit, so pick your favorites and dig in! Keep leftover dip refrigerated. Should be good for about 1 week or so...if it lasts that long!
