Easy Cider: Slow-Cook a Caramel-Apple Classic Tonight

Kick-off October with an amazing fall drink, courtesy of your slow cooker! This apple cider is a delicious twist on the classic beverage. Its sweet and fragrant aroma will fill your house while the slow-cooker works its magic.

Ingredients
64 oz 100% apple juice
8 oz caramel ice cream topping
3 whole cinnamon sticks
10 whole cloves
1 orange {sliced into circles}

Directions

1. Place everything except the orange slices into a 5 quart slow cooker and stir until well blended. Add orange slices. Turn slow cooker to low and let simmer for 1.5 hours, until nice and hot. Serve hot or cold and garnish with whipped cream, cinnamon or a cinnamon stick.
