Flower Power! Hibiscus Cider Can Help You Stay Warm
The holidays are here, and what better way to slow things down a bit than with a nice, warm cider? I like to add pieces of fruit to this recipe to give it some texture. If you don't like hot cider, add ice cubes and you've got yourself a refreshing tea to enjoy on those short winter days.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups dried hibiscus flowers
2/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon peppercorns
2 whole cloves
one 2-inch piece of lime peel
2 medium cinnamon sticks
mint sprigs for garnish
