Ingredients
1can(s) (14-ounce) sweetened condensed milk
1 1/4cup(s) (about 7 ounces) bittersweet chocolate chips
16graham crackers, halved
8ounce(s)strawberries, sliced
1/3cup(s)sour cream
Directions
1. Place the condensed milk in a medium saucepan and bring to a bare simmer over medium heat, 5 minutes (do not boil). Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips, stirring until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Let cool, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes.
2. Dividing evenly, spread the chocolate over half of the graham crackers (about 2 tablespoons each). Top with the strawberries (about 2 slices each) and sour cream (about 1 teaspoon each), then sandwich with the remaining graham crackers.

Tips & Techniques
Make Ahead: Refrigerate the chocolate mixture, tightly covered, for up to 3 days. When ready to use, microwave on low heat until warm and spreadable, 1 to 3 minutes.
