Ingredients:
1 cup orzo pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 small onion, diced
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
2 teaspoons butter
salt and pepper to taste

Orzo with Mushrooms
Ingredients:
1 cup orzo pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 small onion, diced
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
2 teaspoons butter
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add in pasta, and cook for 7 minutes.
2. While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil over medium low heat and add in onion. Let cook for about 5 minutes, and add in mushrooms. Continue to cook until tender.
3. When the pasta is done, drain, then stir in the butter. Toss with the cooked mushrooms and onion, and add salt and pepper to taste. less
