Worked his way up through the ranks. He started at a diner as a dishwasher then all the way up to Food Production Manager at SUNY Albany in 1999, his last job before his very ambitious dream came true. Renson also says, "Be careful what you wish for. I wished to own a restaurant." But as wishes came true he realized his wishes weren't specific enough. "Enduring the insanity of what customers will do, falls short of nothing but outrageousness." Earning the respect, hearts and flavor in the Capital Region of NY since April, 2000, Renson has set out to make his "Marc" in the world as an entrepreneur.

Renson has created, "A world of himself" on his culinary journey. Renson pulls inspiration from inside of him to create an experience of nostalgia by his funky retro decor of what and who from Hollywood and the music industry have inspired in him. In doing so, he has invited Hollywood into his Ambition.
