The timing is a bit tricky, but even if it deflates a bit by the time it gets to the bed, we're confident that mum will be wowed by the seasonal spring flavors alone. Here's another recipe for the ambitious. Hiding this one won't be easy because the aromas of fresh cinnamon will be wafting through the house before you're done, but nothing says love like a freshly baked batch of cinnamon rolls from scratch coming out of the oven in the morning.
