Lechon Manok with Curry Sauce

Be a Food Lover guys,here is another recipe i will gong to share to all of shine readers.The Lechon Manok with Curry Sauce.This is one of my favorites dishes here in the Philippines.Just try this one and absolutely you will like it.
Ingredients to be Prepared:

  • 2kg (2 pcs) whole chicken

  • 1/2 cup lemon grass, chopped

  • 15g fresh cariander leaves

  • 2 cs fresh tomato

  • 20g ginger

  • 20g peeled garlic

  • 2pcs green chili finger

  • 2 cups coconut milk

  • 1 tsp cardamon powder

  • 1 tsp coriander seeds powder

  • 1 pc red onion

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp white pepper

  • 1/4 cup cooking oil


This are the Procedures of how to make it:

  1. Combine all ingredients except chicken into the blender until pureed.

  2. Season with salt and pepper, and marinate whole chicken in 1 cup liquid puree.

  3. Have ready heated oven and roast chicken until done. Remove chicken from roasting pan, add the remaining liquid curry puree. Simmer until thick to make the curry sauce.

  4. Cut lechon manok into portion size and pour the curry sauce on top.




And now enjoy eating Lechon Manok with Curry Sauce together with white rice.And i will assure you, it will boost your appetite.
