No Bake Easter Bird's Nests

This is a great idea for non-bakers and an easy one to get your kids in the kitchen.
Sorry - no pic - I haven't made it yet.
Just imagine...


1 package soft cake shells that you use for strawberry shortcake (in the grocery store near the fruit)
1 can of chocolate or vanilla frosting
shredded coconut ( color it green with food coloring, spread it out to dry - a few hours before )
jelly beans or chocolate eggs
Peeps


Frost the cake shells on top and a bit on the sides.
Add shredded coconut on top.
Add jelly beans or chocolate eggs.
You can even add a chick Peep in the center for the bird.


Instant Easter! Great centerpiece and good to eat.
