These beautiful, bubbling bellinis are fit for the whole family.

My date this New Year's Eve will be my awesome 5-year-old, and even though I'll be celebrating kid-style, I don't plan on missing out on the festivities. To add a little sparkle to the excitement, Mia and I are toasting with Bellinis! Now, before you go questioning my parenting skills, these Baby Bellinis aren't your average champagne cocktail - they're mocktails, non-alcoholic sippers great for the big night. We'll be kicking up our heels and clinking our flutes with these delicious drinks. So long, 2013!

Ingredients

Chilled peach nectar
Chilled sparkling apple cider
1 teaspoon grenadine

Directions

1. Fill a champagne flute halfway with peach nectar. I recommend plastic flutes (more kid-friendly). Top off with sparkling cider.

2. Slowly pour grenadine into the flute. Do not stir. Allow the syrup to sink to the bottom for a colorful effect. Garnish the rim of the champagne flute with a peach slice or maraschino cherry, if desired. Serve.
