Here's what you'll need:

  • 1/2 cup fresh pumpkin puree

  • 2/3 cup organic brown sugar

  • 2 tablespoons raw honey

Stir the pumpkin puree, brown sugar and honey in a mixing bowl until combined.

Gently rub the pumpkin body scrub over the desired skin areas after showering to lock in the skin's moisture. Allow the scrub to rest on the skin for 5 minutes. Wipe off the body scrub with a wet cloth or wash it off in a brief shower.
