Reboot Breakfast with Strawberry and Dulce De Leche Crepes

Sweet and simple.
Sweet and simple.

To me, crepes are very similar to pancakes and just as easy to make. You don't need a crepe-mix box or a special crepe pan - just flour, milk and eggs! I love to have them any time because they are so versatile. They can be savory or sweet, and even have some eggs included for good measure. These strawberry and dulce de leche crepes work for breakfast or dessert. I like to keep a dulce de leche squirt bottle in the fridge - you never know when you'll need it! So delish!

Strawberry and Dulce de Leche Crepes

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups of white or whole wheat flour
2 cups of milk
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of sugar

Instructions

1. Mix the flour, milk, sugar, salt and eggs together.

2. Melt the butter in the biggest pan you have (if it's a non-stick pan you won't need to add the butter). Make sure the pan is very hot and then pour a ladle of mix, spread as big and thin as you can.

3. Let it cook for a minute or less, check on it. Once the top starts to cook as well, turn it and let it cook on the other side for a minute or less.

4. After the crepe is cooked, spread some dulce de leche on one half of it. Add some strawberries, fold in half and then fold again.

5. Pour some more dulce de leche on top and it's ready!
