Saint Sparkle

1 oz. gin

1 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur

¼ to ½ oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice

2-2 ½ oz. Chandon Brut Classic

Stir together the gin, St. Germain, and lemon juice (can adjust to taste). Pour into a white wine glass and top with Chandon Brut Classic. Garnish with fresh mint if desired.
