Short and Sweet: How to Make 2-ingredient Ice Cream
There are two things I don't like snack time to be: a big hassle and unhealthy.
This easy "ice cream" is neither. In fact, it only has two ingredients and you can make it in about two minutes, if you have frozen bananas. (You know those bananas in your fruit bowl that are about to go bad? Well, now you finally have a use for them!) Here is the unbelievably easy and quick recipe:

Healthy Homemade Ice Cream
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 scoop peanut butter or almond butter (optional)
Directions:
1. Freeze bananas at least a few hours in advance. (I like to keep bananas in my freezer at all times so I can always whip up this yummy treat!)
2. Put frozen banana in your food processor. Add cocoa powder and nut butter, if you like. Run your food processor until the mixture looks like ice cream (it only takes about a minute!).
Yes, it really is that simple! This recipe makes an amazing snack or last-minute dessert! It's healthy, delicious and dairy free... What are you waiting for?!
