Snackin' Around the Gumdrop Tree

Kids can help plan the gumdrop pattern, and restock the tree as candies disappear. By the time your Christmas celebration is over, this edible evergreen will probably be bare.

What You'll Need

Styrofoam cone (check your local craft store)
Gumdrops, marshmallows or other soft candies

1. Gather an assortment of colored gumdrops, marshmallows or other soft candies that fit your holiday color scheme.

2. Insert the ends of the toothpicks into the candies.

3. Stick the toothpicks into the cone. Arrange the colors and types of candies however you like - stripes, spirals, lots of colors or just a few.

4. Display and enjoy!
