Taste the Rainbow: Make 4-ingredient Tie-Dye Ice Cream Cupcakes

cupcakescupcakesI've gotten really into making ice cream bread this summer. It is so easy and so delicious! It's a little less sweet than regular cake so sometimes I add a touch of extra sugar to make it taste like a real cake. The other day I took my regular method for making ice cream bread and made these funky cupcakes instead. I dyed the dough a few fun colors, swirled it together a little bit and baked them up! To complete the deliciousness, I topped them with whipped frosting and sprinkles. Then we ate them up after dinner. They were such a fun treat for a summer day!
