Make your own blackberry granitas
Ingredients:
4 cups fresh blackberries, washed
1/3 cup 100% juice concentrate (I used Welch's Cherry White Grape Juice Concentrate)
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth. Using a fine sieve, strain mixture into a glass baking dish. Freeze for 2-4 hours.

2. Use a fork to scrape the frozen puree. Freeze again for an hour or so more. Use a fork to rake through the mixture again. Repeat a time or two more. Serve in small dishes.
