Hey, Americans! We need to hone in on our cooking skills. Top Chef winner Stephanie Izard discovered in a recent survey that Canadians are far sharper than Americans when it comes to using knives. Maybe President Obama can fit cooking classes into some sort of socialized food care reform, eh?
Chef Izard recently hosted the Chicago Cutlery competition where students from both Canada and the U.S. carved famous monuments from their countries out of cheese.
