Try This Magical Combination of Spicy Shrimp and Tomato Sauce

Every once in a while, a recipe comes along that's so unbelievably tasty (and so incredibly simple), we find ourselves making it again and again. Today's spicy shrimp in marinara sauce falls into that category. Seasoned with cayenne pepper and red-pepper flakes before being tossed in a bright tomato sauce, this two-step dinner is a weeknight no-brainer. Did we mention it's also incredibly healthy and requires almost no prep? It's true! Make this meal tonight -- you'll be so happy you did.

Spicy Shrimp Marinara

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails left on
Salt
1/4 cup olive oil, divided
4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1 to 1 1/4 teaspoons red-pepper flakes
1 recipe Three-Ingredient Marinara

1. Season shrimp with salt. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil over medium-high. In 2 batches, cook shrimp until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes per batch. Transfer to a plate.

2. Add remaining 2 tablespoons oil, garlic, and red-pepper flakes to pan and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add marinara and bring to a simmer. Return shrimp to pan and simmer until cooked through, about 1 minute.
