Grilled Cheese is a favorite comfort food, but you don't have to go overboard with calories to enjoy that rich taste. Shake things up by substituting flavorful goat cheese. Bonus: You even get servings of fruit and veggies!

Why We Love It

• Goat cheese has about 80 calories and 6 grams of fat per ounce, compared to cow's milk cheese, which has 100 calories and 10 grams of fat.
• It's high in calcium, which strengthens bones and can help prevent breast cancer.
• People who are lactose intolerant can often enjoy goat cheese because it's easy to digest.
