User post: Pistachio Bundt Cake


This cake is really good.

This a light, delicious cake perfect for fall, or when you just want a bit of sweetness after dinner.


Pistachio Bundt Cake

1 package yellow cake mix

3 packages, 3.4 oz. instant pistachio pudding mix

1 cup of water

1 cup of vegetable oil

4 eggs

Glaze:

1 cup of powdered sugar

1 tablespoon soft butter or margarine

2-3 tablespoons milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl, combine dry cake mix and pudding mix. Add rest of ingredients and with a mixer beat on low for 1 minute. Pour into a greased bundt cake pan. Bake 50-60 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing. Cool.

Combine glaze ingredients and drizzle over cake. Enjoy.

Tip of the day: Pistachio Bundt Cake would be a nice treat on St. Patrick's Day. Add a few drops of green food coloring to the glaze.
