You've heard of jello shots, well there is something better. Pudding Shots are so good, you'll forget that there is alcohol in them. The next time you are throwing a party make a couple of batches. Be careful, it sneaks up on you.
Pudding Shots
1 package, 3-1/2 oz. instant chocolate pudding mix
3/4 cup of milk
1/4 cup of vodka
1/2 cup irish cream liquer
8 oz. cool whip, thawed
Mix pudding and milk together in a bowl.
Add alcohol and stir well.
Fold in cool whip.
Divide into plastic shot glasses and keep in the freezer.
You can have a lot of fun with flavors and mix together any combination of pudding and alcohol. Just keep the alcohol measurements the same.
Try vanilla pudding and raspberry schnapps, vanilla pudding and rootbeer schnapps, use whatever alcohol you have in your cupboard and buy the pudding to mix with it.
You can find plastic shot glasses at most party stores and cake supply stores.
When I make this for just me and my husband, I put the pudding shots back into the cool whip container and we just scrape out what we want and put it into a bowl. At the same time, don't forget to make a regular batch for your kids.
