User post: Really Easy Cinnamon Raisin Bread Pudding

This is a really easy bread pudding recipe. 3 ingredients. No fussy instructions. Just delicious.

Cinnamon Raisin Bread Pudding

1 loaf - 16 oz. of cinnamon raisin bread, cut into 1 inch cubes

6 cups milk

2 boxes - 3 oz. packages of cook and serve vanilla pudding

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Put cubed bread into a 13 x 9 pan. Toss with 2 cups of milk. Let stand 10 minutes.

  3. In a large bowl, mix 4 cups of milk with pudding.

  4. Pour over bread.

  5. Bake 1 hour, middle will not be totally set, this is okay. It will continue to cook as it cools.

  6. Cool 15 minutes.
