User post: What Christmas cookies do you plan on baking this year?

This year I am only going to make 4 kinds of cookies. Everyone in my family has their favorites. My husband will eat chocolate chip with walnuts and cashews. That is his ultimate cookie. My favorite are the old fashioned cookie press, Spritz, made with almond extract. My kids really like Peanut Butter Kisses - you know the ones - a simple peanut butter cookie with a Hershey Kiss on top. I'm also going to make Scottish Shortbread just because it is tradition. What cookies are you making for Christmas this year? How many different kinds?
