Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of soy milk (natural, chocolate or vanilla)

  • a small handful of ice cubes (maybe 4 or 5)

  • 4 teaspoons of smooth peanut butter

  • 1 banana, cut in 2 or 3 pieces

Directions:

Prepare ingredients and blend together on high. Enjoy!
