Ziggy Marley might be best known for his music, thanks to 15 albums, five Grammys, and even an Emmy he picked up this year for best original song. But there's another talent he spends plenty of time cultivating: healthy cooking. At home, the 44-year-old whips up organic meals for his wife, Orly, and their three children: 2-year-old Abraham, 6-year-old Gideon, and 8-year-old Judah, and he's also started sharing some of his creations with the rest of the world via Ziggy Marley Organics, his GMO-free product line of flavored coconut oils and hemp seeds. Marley's motto when it comes to eating? “I don't want to put anything into my body that's not natural." A peek into the kitchen at his Los Angeles home shows he means it. Check out the 10 ingredients, accessories, and products the music maker can't live without.

1. Ziggy Marley Coco' Mon coconut oil. We use it to bake, cook, stir fry you name it. The original flavor is great but the different flavors are amazing, lemon ginger flavor with fish and the curry flavor with tofu.  We add a the orange almond to our kids pancakes.
2. Tomatoes. Fresh from my garden!
3. My Guy Fieri pots. Not just because he's my friend, but they are the best pots we have ever owned. They cook evenly, are very durable, and nothing sticks!
4. Kambucha
. I drink it all the time. It gives your body what it needs to heal itself by aiding your liver in removing harmful substances, promoting balance in your digestive system, and it's rich in health-promoting vitamins, enzymes, and acids.
5. Spiral vegetable slicer. I like to use my spiral slicer on zucchini to make it look like pasta. In a few minutes you have zucchini pasta. Just add homemade tomato sauce with garlic & oregano!
6. Organic ripe bananas. I'm a runner so I need my potassium
7. My juicer. I can't live without it. I grow and buy all organic fruits and vegetables and love to experiment with different combinations.
8. Kimchi. I recently discovered Korean food and my favorite dish is kimchi
9. Organic oatmeal. Oatmeal is my go-to breakfast meal, at home and on tour. I get really creative. I add blueberries, bananas, walnuts, almonds,  golden berries, spirulina, almond butter, flax seeds, chia seeds and the list can go on. It fills me up and gives me energy.
10. Organic blueberries. My antioxidant source!
