Yes, sure, we all want the beauty secrets of our favorite celebrities. But more importantly, we don't want to break the bank for them! After all, if the secret to pulling off, say, Kristen Stewart's signature smoky eye were to be a $30-something eye pencil, we might not rush out to buy it right away.

Rihanna is one star whose beauty consistently captivates. And her go-to makeup artist, Mylah Morales, has been influential in shaping some of her most iconic looks. So, naturally, we thought it would only be suitable to present her with a challenge: Buy a full face of cosmetics for under $100.

Morales willingly accepted, and provided the right products for a gorgeous, sunkissed look. Check out her picks and tally up her purchases below!

1. Laura Mercier Oil Free Tinted Moisturizer with SPF 20, $43: "Yes, it's a big splurge," Morales says. (Almost half her budget!) "But, the thing is, your complexion is everything; it's your canvas! You need a good quality product for it." She insists on smoothing this product onto the face with your fingers after your skin routine. "It's actually care and foundation all rolled into one," she adds. "It has SPF 20, plus Vitamins C & E."

2. Sonia Kashuk Eye Quad in Fair and Square, $14: "These bronze and neutral tones are amazing for an everyday look," Morales says. "You can apply your base by tapping them on with clean fingers, and then use the applicator provided in the crease for dimension with a darker color." Current Total: $57

3. M.A.C. Lipstick in RiRi Boy, $16: Morales cites a power lip as the ultimate choice for beauty on a budget. "I love this color," she says of the (now discontinued!) limited-edition lip shade. "I just used it on Rihanna at Paris Fashion Week for the Balmain show. It's fun, playful, and great for a red carpet or a night on the town." For a similar color, try M.A.C. Lipstick in Violetta. Current Total: $73

4. Stila Custom Color Blush in Self-Adjusting Bronze, $20: "Bronzer is key for a glow that lasts all year," Morales says. "I love this product-it's great for subtle radiance. Apply to the temples, under the cheekbones, and under the jawline for red carpet definition!" Current Total: $89

5. L'Oréal Voluminous Mascara, $6: To finish? Killer lashes. (Rihanna never leaves home without 'em!) "I like this mascara because it gives length to the lashes without being clumpy," Morales says. A bona-fide drugstore diamond! Total: $95!
