We've covered polka dots and the floral print. As we continue this week's coverage of spring's hottest trends, we're moving on to a very prominent material that has not only dominated the past 2-3 seasons but also shows no sign of cooling down any time soon - leather. It's been all over the runways, the red carpet and the stylish streets of New York, L.A, Milan, London and Paris and from the view of things at the most recent Fall 2011 shows, it is most definitely here to stay. It started with black and brown and then interesting shades of red and green...it was only a matter of time for the season's hottest material to merge with it's hottest shades. You can now find your leather in pastel colors like tan, blush and light gray. It's the perfect soft, feminine look with an edge.
