As the weather gets colder, your motivation to work out may be fading (bulky sweaters cover everything up, right?). But don't give in! Use music to revive your energy so you can hit the gym and stay on track with your fitness goals.

To help you, we've compiled this workout playlist featuring great songs for every phase of your workout. Load these on to your iPod, press play, and start melting those pounds away the fun way!

1. Sara Bareilles - "King of Anything"
Leave it to Sara Bareilles to get you ready for your workout. This upbeat song will wash away your daily stresses and will help you get in a positive attitude. You'll look forward to the reps ahead, instead of considering them work.

2. Jason Derulo - "Ridin' Solo"
Even if you're in a relationship, you can identify with Jason Derulo's lyrics: "I'm feeling like a star/You can't stop my shine." Try not to smile as you do those sit-ups!

3. Far East Movement - "Like a G6 (feat. Cataracs & Dev)"
This song is currently the number one single on iTunes, and for good reason. It has a great electronic beat that will help you get into a smooth, calorie-burning pace on the elliptical or treadmill. Use it towards the beginning of your workout to find your stride.

4. Rihanna - "Only Girl (In the World)"

5. Flo Rida "Club Can't Handle Me (feat. David Guetta)"
Another confidence-boosting jam, this fast-paced song is one you'll want to keep up with. Try doing some kickboxing moves while this plays in your ears, and you may just have to push repeat… twice.

6. Eminem - "Not Afraid"
Take out your anger on that stationary bike instead of your guy with the help of this track. Eminem's songs stir up deeper emotions with his lyrics, and this one is no exception. Prove that you're not afraid of that uphill climb and keep pedaling!
