There are few things we love more than getting insidery tips-especially when they come from the brilliant ladies of Glamour's beauty department. These savvy editors gave us the lowdown all things summer beauty: from tricks to help you beat the heat and the trends that they're loving right now to the products they can't quit.

WARM WEATHER ROUTINE
"To keep naturally wavy hair from turning into a frizzed-out helmet, I highly recommend this product/styling combo. Use a wide-tooth comb on towel-tried hair. Run a pump or two of Moroccanoil Intense Curl Cream through damp hair. If you have oily roots, stop just before the roots. Hang out, have some breakfast, watch NY1. When hair is nearly air-dried, do a quick 'n' dirty blow out. Perfection isn't the goal. You just want to get a little volume, and convert curls to waves. Apply a few drops of a silicone-based smoothing serum to combat frizz. Twist hair up into a super-high bun, and leave it in during your commute. Before you walk in the door, de-bun and shake out your supermodel waves." - Anne Sachs, Editorial Director, Glamour.com

"I mix my regular foundation with a bronzer or tinted moisturizer in my hand to add a little faux glow." - Julianne Carrell, Assistant Beauty Editor, Glamour

TRENDS TO TRY
"A pop of color on the lips. My current obsession: Tom Ford True Coral. I'm convinced everyone looks better with a bright lip! And I seriously can't take off my new Eugenia Kim hair accessory. It goes on easy like a headband but wears like a mini turban that gives your look this really cool, retro vibe without being too over the top." - Elaine Welteroth, Senior Beauty Editor, Glamour

FAVORITE SUMMER LOOK
"The Valentino-inspired (well, Emily Blunt-inspired) braids I tried for our 7 Days of DIY Braids feature. Make the braids super tidy and then pull them apart with your hands to create that pretty halo effect. It looks messy but they'll stay in for 24 hours-plus!" - Megan Gustashaw, Senior Fashion + Beauty Editor, Glamour.com

"Neon nails! Make sure the neon color you choose goes with your skin tone. Also, be mindful of what color you have on your hands if you're doing neon on your toes (or vice versa). Stick with pale, or try a contrasting neon color. I like wearing lavender (like Essie Lilacism) on my hands and neon pink on my toes!" - Lauren Bernstein, Fashion + Beauty Writer, Glamour

UNEXPECTED (YET GENIUS) PRODUCT
"Well, it doesn't seem surprising, but hear me out: Deodorant. What's unexpected is what I use it for, and that's my feet. You see, it's got silicone in it, so I use it to create 'slip' on my skin around my shoe straps in the summer. No blisters!" - Beth Shapouri, Beauty Blogger, Glamour.com
