Crazy Comic-Con fashions: 8 rules of style at the superfan convention
Rule 1: go big or go home-
Some people go for the comics, others for the celebrity sightings. But for a special group of Comic-con attendees, it's all about the costumes. Capes, wigs, face-paint and masks, this week's annual convention is a four day long halloween parade smack dab in the middle of summer. The only difference is that at Comic-con people take their outfits very seriously. There is nothing ironic, haphazard or mildly drunk about their peacocking. It's a cutthroat comic catwalk with well established rules that only make sense in the context of the convention. And this year is no different.
