Stay Warm All Winter with Sweet Potato Stew

"Soup season is officially here, and as the temperatures drop, I'm always seeking out new recipes that will not only warm me up but fill me up too. That's why today I'm whipping up an easy (and body-warming) sweet-potato-and-sausage stew. Talk about comfort food! Each bite of this hearty dish is loaded with vegetables, sweet sausage, and wilted greens. And to make this a more filling meal, I've added some small shell pasta to the pot. This is definitely what I want for dinner tonight, and all winter long."
