Stylish siblings (and COVERGIRLs!) Mim and Liv of the songwriting and DJ duo, NERVO, spend a lot of time in the club, so they never pass up a chance to shine with bright colors and fun beauty options. We caught up with the tow-headed beauties in Miami at ULTRA Music Festival--the world's premiere electronic music festival. Proving that they are girls after our own hearts, Mim and Liv are self-professed fashion junkies who never shy away from dancing the night away. But while the Miami-based event may be the "candy store" of electronic music, we always have an eye out for young men and women taking fashion risks at any festival. We got the gorgeous Aussies to straight-talk us on all their favorite festival-ready beauty trends.
We've seen bright lips all over the music festival circuit, and like us, Mim and Liv are big fans of saturated pouts. In addition to loving a good shock of lip color, the DJs told The Thread that they're big fans of well-manicured nails and nail art--not surprising seeing as their nails are always on display as professional deck spinners. Whether they are sticking to one bright polish shade, experimenting with stenciling, or even using appliques, we've yet to spot these two without immaculately jazzy fingertips. Their favorite lacquer? COVERGIRL's Outlast Stay Brilliant Nail Gloss--its super-shiny formula doesn't require a topcoat, and that's a big deal for busy chicks like Mim and Liv (and just about every other lady we know!).
