The Tom Ford Skunk Fur Minaudiere retails for $1,660 at Neiman Marcus, and while it's not one of the new department store's absurd new Fantasy Gift items, we believe it would take the same type of sucker to buy this purse.

To be honest, we're not advocators of wearing fur in the first place-but at least a fur coat would provide warmth. Mink, sable, chinchilla, rabbit, and fox fur are used all the time for luxury items, from long coats to the trim on winter gloves. We've even seen raccoon fur used in fashion. But skunk fur? On a purse?
