Flyers Distributed In Troubled Eastern Ukrainian City Call On Jews To Register

The alarming report of Ukrainian Jews being asked to register comes from the Eastern city of Donetsk -- a hotbed of Russian nationalism. Worshippers emerging from a synagogue in the city were reportedly handed official looking fliers telling them to pay a fee and identify themselves and their property to the new separatist government, trying to break away from Kiev and forge closer ties with Russia.
