Nobel Peace Prize goes to chemical weapons inspectors

The Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, the international group that has overseen the destruction of 80 percent of the world's declared chemical agents, won the Nobel Peace Prize. Members of this group are currently cataloging and destroying Syria's chemical weapons. Elizabeth Palmer reports.
