Slow crawl to diplomacy for U.S. and Iran

At the United Nations on Tuesday, President Obama and Iranian President Hassan Rouhani called for diplomacy between the U.S. and Iran. But, as Margaret Brennan reports, many issues may make diplomacy slow-going, chief of which is Iran's nuclear program. Brennan takes a look at why Iran may be reaching out now for diplomacy, and how efforts appear to have stalled -- for now -- at the U.N. General Assembly.
