Fashion week is upon us! What would you like to know?
We may only be mentally preparing for spring, but here in New York City Fall 2011 Fashion Week is underway! I have been covering New York Fashion week since I was a wee intern back in 2001, so you might say I am a seasoned veteran. I've seen dozens of designers present their collections, I've interviewed designers, models, hairstylists, and makeup artists backstage, spoken with celebrities sitting in the front row, taken hundreds of photos, and uncovered trends. But every season I always learn new things, meet new people, and witness some awesome surprises!
As the fashion and beauty editor here at Shine, I want to make myself available to all of you and be sure all your questions are answered. What would you like to know about New York Fashion Week? What would you like to see? What questions would you like us to ask designers and celebrities? What aspects of Fashion Week would you like Shine to cover?
Fashion Week is an exciting time to see new trends, learn new beauty tips, and check out some beautiful and some completely ridiculous attire both on and off the runways. This week I will be bringing you runway reports, behind-the-scenes accounts of what goes on backstage, and style insight from celebrity fashionistas.
