Mariah’s alternative to airbrushing: using an 11-year-old photo

Right: A promotional photo from 1999's We knew the photo for Mariah Carey's latest fragrance, "Lollipop Bling," looked ridiculous and almost cartoon-like, but all kinds of photo editing tools are used these days. Well, it turns out Photoshop just isn't good enough for the likes of Mimi.

We weren't too surprised when we realized this exact photo (minus the bling and fake tan) was used in Mariah's promotional shots for "Rainbow," an album she dropped back in 1999. Yeah. Remember "Heartbreaker," and "Thank God I've Found You"? This is what Mariah looked like when those songs were on the charts. Only, you know, after a little bit of airbrushing.
