To calculate your score, total the numbers corresponding to your responses.
  • A score of 119-150 suggests that you are well into your self-healing process. Keep up the good work.
  • A score of 89-120 suggests you have been applying yourself and learning more about what you need to do to take care of yourself.
  • A score of 59-90 suggests a moderate level of healing change.
  • A score of 31-60 or below suggests a beginning level.
  • A score of less than 30 indicates you may be having some difficulty with clarity and focus.
It is written so that it's easy to keep in mind the areas you want to improve. Be easy on yourself, no judging. Everyone can learn how to apply self-care. This quiz will give you new ideas about taking care of yourself. How did you score? Were you surprised?
