A mob of Target shoppers race towards Black Friday dealsA mob of Target shoppers race towards Black Friday dealsBlack Friday is the biggest shopping day of the year, and not only can you land some unbelievable deals, you may also witness some truly shocking behavior. While many people line up hours-or even days-in advance, it has become evident that literally nothing will come between some shoppers and a Black Friday sale. We were too scared (and too lazy after eating all that turkey) to head out to stores, but many shoppers who did brave the stores encountered a scary scene. Below, some of the worst Black Friday behavior of 2010:

In Buffalo, New York, shoppers pounded through the doors at Target and some were injured in a stampede. "It went from controlled to a mob in less than five minutes," shopper Rich Mathewson told WIVB. "And then it just got nasty." Another shopper, Keith Krantz was pinned between the ground and the metal door. "At that moment I was thinking I don't want to die here on the ground." There's video footage.

In Boynton Beach, Florida, a man was arrested just after midnight in the checkout line at Wal-Mart for possession of a Glock handgun, two concealed knives, a pepper grenade, and unmarked prescription pills. If you ask us, stores being open at unreasonable hours really brings out the lunatics.

In Middleton, Wisconsin, a woman tried to cut a line of hundreds of shoppers outside of Toys "R" Us at their early 10 p.m. store opening. When people started yelling at her, she made threats that she would get her gun and shoot them outside the toy store. Police found no weapon, but she was arrested.

Is getting the coveted sale item you want really worth putting your life at risk? Or resorting to violence? We'll stick to shopping online. Did you see anything totally insane while you were out shopping during this long weekend?
